The Fifth Seal

Revelation 6:9: “And when he” [Christ] “had opened the fifth seal,” [Christ opened the fifth seal of the book that he received from the Most High, see Revelation 5:5, 7] “I” [John] “saw under the altar the souls of them" [Those of the 144,000] "that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:” See Revelation 12:11 and Revelation 20:4.

Revelation 6:10: “And they" [Those of the 144,000 slain for the word of God] "cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?”

Revelation 6:11: “And white robes were given unto every one of them;" [Those of the 144,000 slain for the word of God, see Revelation 3:5] "and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren," [The rest of the 144,000] "that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” The Two Witnesses’ death fulfills the killing of the 144,000, see Revelation 11:7 and 2 Esdras 2:40-47.

The vision of the Fifth Seal represents the killing of the 144,000 and their reward (white robes), they will be killed during the Great Tribulation, see Message to reader: The Period of Great Tribulation (3 ½ Years).
