Revelation 7:9, 14-17

The Great Multitude

Revelation 7:9: “After this I” [John] “beheld," [Another vision] "and, lo, a great multitude," [Those written in the Book of Life] "which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne,” [Of the Most High] “and before the Lamb,” [Christ] “clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;”  

Revelation 7:14: “And I” [John] “said unto him,” [One of the 24 elders] “Sir, thou knowest. And he” [One of the 24 elders] “said to me,” [John] “These are they” [The great multitude] “which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”

Revelation 7:15: “Therefore are they” [The great multitude] “before the throne of God, and serve him" [The Most High] "day and night in his temple:" [Holy Jerusalem] "and he” [The Most High] “that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.”

Revelation 7:16: “They” [The great multitude] “shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.”

Revelation 7:17: “For the Lamb” [Christ] “which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them,” [The great multitude] “and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
