Matthew 24:15-16

Matthew 24:15: “When ye therefore shall see The Abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)”


Matthew 24:16: “Then" [When the daily sacrifice is taken away and The Abomination of desolation is set-up] "let them which be in Judaea" [The followers of Christ] "flee into the mountains:”


Revelation 11:3-7

Revelation 11:3: “And I” [Christ] “will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days," [Three and half years] "clothed in sackcloth.”


Revelation 11:4: “These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.”



Revelation 11:5: “And if any man will hurt them,” [The Two Witnesses] “fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.”


Revelation 11:6: “These” [The Two Witnesses] “have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy:" [The thousand two hundred and threescore days mentioned in verse 3] "and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.”


Revelation 11:7: “And when they" [The Two Witnesses] "shall have finished their testimony,” [The end of their appointed time] “the BEAST that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit” [The BEAST whose deadly wound was healed] “shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.”

Isaiah 11:10

Isaiah 11:10: “And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.”


Isaiah 60:1-3

Isaiah 60:1: "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee."


Isaiah 60:2: "For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee."


Isaiah 60:3: "And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising."


2 Esdras 2:34-39

2 Esdras 2:34: "And therefore I say unto you, O ye heathen, that hear and understand, look for your Shepherd, he shall give you everlasting rest; for he is nigh at hand, that shall come in the end of the world."


2 Esdras 2:35: "Be ready to the reward of the kingdom, for the everlasting light shall shine upon you for evermore."


2 Esdras 2:36: "Flee the shadow of this world, receive the joyfulness of your glory: I testify my Saviour openly."


2 Esdras 2:37: "O receive the gift that is given you, and be glad, giving thanks unto him that hath led you to the heavenly kingdom."


2 Esdras 2:38: "Arise up and stand, behold the number of those that be sealed in the feast of the Lord;"


2 Esdras 2:39: "Which are departed from the shadow of the world, and have received glorious garments of the Lord."
