Luke 17:26-36

Luke 17:26: "And as it was in the days of Noe," [Noah] "so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man." Jesus Christ.


Luke 17:27: "They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe" [Noah] "entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all."


Luke 17:28: "Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;"


Luke 17:29: "But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all."


Luke 17:30: "Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed."
See Revelation 11:3 Revelation 11:3: "And I” [Christ] “will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days," [3 ½ Years] "clothed in sackcloth." .


Luke 17:31: "In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back." See Daniel 12:1 Daniel 12:1: "And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book." .


Luke 17:32: "Remember Lot's wife." See Genesis 19:15, 17, 24, 26 Genesis 19:15: "And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife..."

Genesis 19:17: "...Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed."

Genesis 19:24: "Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;"

Genesis 19:26: "But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt."

Luke 17:33: "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall
lose his life shall preserve it."

Luke 17:34: "I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left."


Luke 17:35: "Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left."


Luke 17:36: "Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left."
See Matthew 24:30-31 Matthew 24:30: "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven..."

Matthew 24:31: "And he” [Christ] “shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."

2 Peter 2:1-9

2 Peter 2:1: "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction."


2 Peter 2:2: "And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of."


2 Peter 2:3: "And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not."

2 Peter 2:5: "And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;"


2 Peter 2:6: "And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;"


2 Peter 2:7: "And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:"


2 Peter 2:8: "(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)"


2 Peter 2:9: "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:"
