2 Esdras 6:1-6

2 Esdras 6:1: "And he" [The angel] "said unto me," [Esdras] "In the beginning, when the earth was made," [See Genesis 1:1 Genesis 1:1: "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." ] "before the borders of the world stood, or ever the winds blew,"


2 Esdras 6:2: "Before it thundered and lightened, or ever the foundations of paradise were laid,"


2 Esdras 6:3: "Before the fair flowers were seen, or ever the moveable powers were established, before the innumerable multitude of angels were gathered together,"


2 Esdras 6:4: "Or ever the heights of the air were lifted up, before the measures of the firmament were named, or ever the chimneys in Sion were hot,"


2 Esdras 6:5: "And ere the present years were sought out, and or ever the inventions of them that now sin were turned," [See John 14:6 John 14:6: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." , Acts 26:15-18 Acts 26:15: "And I" [Paul] "said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest."

Acts 26:16: "But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;"

Acts 26:17: "Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,"

Acts 26:18: "To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me."

Ephesians 2:2: "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:"

Ephesians 2:4: "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,"

Ephesians 2:8: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"

Ephesians 1:4: "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:"

Ephesians 1:5: "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,"

Ephesians 1:6: "To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved."

Ephesians 1:8: "Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;"

Ephesians 1:9: "Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:"

Ephesians 1:10: "That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:"

Ephesians 1:12: "That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ."

Ephesians 1:13: "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,"

Ephesians 1:14: "Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."

2 Esdras 6:6: "Then did I" [God] "consider these things, and they all were made through me alone, and through none other:" [See Revelation 4:11 Revelation 4:11: "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." ] "by me also they shall be ended, and by none other." See Matthew 24:36 Matthew 24:36: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." .




Isaiah 34:16-17

Isaiah 34:16: "Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read:" [See 2 Timothy 2:15 2 Timothy 2:15: "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." and Proverbs 30:5-6 Proverbs 30:5: "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him."

Proverbs 30:6: "Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar."
] "no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded," [See Isaiah 46:9-10 Isaiah 46:9: "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,"

Isaiah 46:10: "Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:"
and Isaiah 55:10-11 Isaiah 55:10: "For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:"

Isaiah 55:11: "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
] "and his spirit it hath gathered them." See Genesis 49:10 Genesis 49:10: "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him" [Christ] "shall the gathering of the people be." .


Isaiah 34:17: “And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line:" [See Isaiah 28:9-10 Isaiah 28:9: "Whom shall he" [God] "teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts."

Isaiah 28:10: "For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:"
] "they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.” See Jeremiah 31:33-34 Jeremiah 31:33: "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people."

Jeremiah 31:34: "And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."

Revelation 21:1-8

Revelation 21:1: “And I” [John] “saw" [A vision of] "a new heaven and a new earth:"
[See 2 Peter 3:13 2 Peter 3:13: "Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." and Isaiah 65:17-19 Isaiah 65:17: "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind."

Isaiah 65:18: "But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy."

Isaiah 65:19: "And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying."
] "for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.” See Isaiah 11:15-16 Isaiah 11:15: "And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod."

Isaiah 11:16: "And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt."
and Isaiah 50:2 Isaiah 50:2: "Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? when I called, was there none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea," [The Mediterranean Sea] "I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because there is no water, and dieth for thirst." .


Revelation 21:2: “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” See verses 9-10 Revelation 21:9: "And there came unto me” [John] “one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife."

Revelation 21:10: "And he” [The angel] “carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,"

Revelation 21:3: “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.”


Revelation 21:4: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”


Revelation 21:5: “And he” [God] “that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”


Revelation 21:6: “And he said unto me,” [John] “It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.” See John 4:13-14 John 4:13: "Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:"

John 4:14: "But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."
and John 7:37-38 John 7:37: "In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink."

John 7:38: "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."

Revelation 21:7: “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”


Revelation 21:8: “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars,” [The unbelievers/wicked] “shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
See Revelation 20:11-14 Revelation 20:11: "And I” [John] “saw" [A vision of] "a great white throne, and him” [God] “that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them."

Revelation 20:12: "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened:" [Records kept of everyone’s works] "and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

Revelation 20:13: "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they" [The dead] "were judged every man according to their works."

Revelation 20:14: "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
